Guarantees
Your purchase is protected under three unique warranties exclusive to B.A. Grimes fine Art Photography:
1. Six (6) Month, 100% money back guarantee: Any and all artwork purchases are covered under a 100% money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, credit, or exchange for up to six months. Some limitations apply. See the section on Returns.
2. Fade-free warrantee: my work is printed using the latest print papers and inks. All my prints come with an exclusive Fade-free Warrantee designed to protect your investment for decades; if your artwork fades I will replace it at no charge for as long as you own my artwork. No questions asked, just return the artwork to me and I will ship you a new piece right away. Please keep in mind that fine artwork should be displayed out of direct sunlight, and in a dry location. Sunlight may fade any type of artwork, and moisture may ruin the piece.
3. Lifetime Framing Warranty: If you purchase our framed artwork, and if your framed artwork were to get damaged because of our framing we will re-frame or replace it at no charge. We use only the finest materials - we guarantee the finest product. If something were to ever happen, you are 100% covered. This warranty applies to each piece I frame and mat personally. This warranty does not apply to artwork framed by someone besides B.A. Grimes Photography. If you purchase artwork matted, or un-matted that is framed by others, this warranty does not apply.
Authenticity
Each piece of artwork is individually hand-signed by B.A. Grimes. All of my photographs are signed on the print and on the mat. This ensures that the artwork is an authentic B.A. Grimes photograph.
Each image of 16" X 20" (matted size) or larger is released in a limited edition. Each limited edition is a series of numbered prints, consisting of 250 prints maximum. Ths low number of prints ensures that your investment is very collectible and will likely go up in price significantly over time. Each limited edition print is both hand-signed and hand-numbered, on the print and on the mat. The numbering is standard format, i.e., 1/100, 1/200, and etc. until the maximum number of prints is reached. When the complete edition has been issued the original image is retired and no more prints are made.
As further authentication, a photographic record is made of each framed piece of artwork shipped. The purchasers name and address is recorded with the photograph of the framed piece to protect you the purchaser in case of loss or theft.
Pricing
Your Fine Artwork is shipped insured and traceable:
You should receive your artwork in perfect condition. We take all the necessary precautions so that your artwork is not damaged during shipping. Matted photographs are packed within multiple layers of cardboard with reinforced corners. Framed artwork is wrapped in bubble wrap, wrapped in cardboard then placed in an oversized box with foam “peanuts” or other packing materials to protect it from damage. All orders must be prepaid in full, and will be shipped when verification of payment is received. All packages are insured and are traceable. Please be assured that we will take every reasonable precaution in shipping your artwork.
If for some reason your package is damaged during shipping you are covered by our free replacement warranty. Just call or email, return the damaged item and we will ship you a brand new piece at no extra charge. We want you to be completely satisfied with your artwork and enjoy it for many years to come, and be able to pass it on to a new generation.
